With the early arrival of her son Jackson (10 weeks premature and weighing just 1.276kgs), first time mum Lynda Day experienced enormous difficulty finding clothes to fit him during his first few months. Lynda’s search for smaller, more appropriate baby clothing was frustrating and fruitless. To alleviate this problem for other parents and carers, Lynda set about designing a range of clothing that was not only gorgeous but extremely practical.
With maximum comfort, high quality and ease of dressing in mind, Earlybirds’ beautiful bibs, booties, t-shirts, hats, rompers and jumpers are of carefully selected and tested fabrics. The collection is available in four sizes, from 800 grams and a choice of colours.

I think this is a really important area that’s neglected, very hard if not impossible to find premmie stuff in the shops. SUch a traumatic situation for the parents etc etc so it’s nice to be able to give something that’s very practical as well as gorgeous and not too “medical” in feel.
I think this is really a nice post. Finding preemie baby clothes is really important since baby skin are very sensitive buying baby clothes needs a lot of attention. You have to consider their health and if they’ll be comfortable if they wear the clothes. Thanks for this post, nice set of options for baby clothes and gifts.
When one of my friend had a premmee she had a very hard time finding the right clothes. And adding she is picky makes it even worse
